We are in network with most insurance providers including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, Quest Behavioral Health, Oscar, Carelon Behavioral Health, Magellan, Devoted Health, Cigna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey, AmeriHealth Administrators, The Pinnacle HMO, Summit non HMO, GTEB, The Pinnacle HMO, Traditional Medicare, EAPs for Cigna, United Healthcare/Optum, Amazon Benefits . Pending Insurances include: Aetna Medicare Advantage, Devoted Health Medicare Advantage, Texas Medicaid, Humana Medicare Advantage, Tricare

For billing needs you may need to create a profile on different billing platforms of one of the following: Grow Therapy, Headway or Better help for the best coordination of services.

Please call your insurance carrier to understand your benefits before starting therapy. Often a co-pay may be required, if so you will need to enter your payment information when you register for services. We try to be as accommodating as possible when it comes to providing services and do have a sliding scale fee available for those who do not have insurance coverage or choose not to use insurance. Find out if you have met your deductible before hand. If you have not you will likely be responsible for the entire cost and we can provide an invoice so that it will go towards your deductible that is due. For those not using insurance, a credit card will be needed on file for the following services or for co payments:

Cancellation Policy

As a client:

A cancellation policy is an agreement between you and your provider Empowering you Counseling that outlines how much will be charged if you cancel within a certain window of time (typically 24 to 48 hours before the session).

You may have been charged a cancellation fee because:

You canceled a session within your provider’s predetermined cancellation window
You missed your session, or did not show up for any reason, without communicating to the provider beforehand *

* This is commonly referred to as a "no-show".

Cancellation fees are never covered by insurance

In the event of a cancellation during the cancellation window or a "no-show", we cannot submit the charge through your insurance for reimbursement – this is because a session did not take place.

You are responsible for the entire fee, as insurance won't cover it. You card on file will be charged.

The fee is $35 if a 24 hour prior notice has not been provided to your Therapist.
